Lago Golf League
Winter doesn't mean your season has to end. The Lago Golf League brings competitive, team-based golf indoors at Lago Golf in Port Coquitlam, 9-hole rounds on Foresight Sports simulators, and a season-long race for the title.

Format of Play
Team Size
Teams of four. You don't need to play together, each player completes their own 9-hole round on the designated course during the week, and your team's best two scores count toward your weekly team total.
Scoring
- Each player completes 9 holes of individual stroke play
- Best two net scores from your foursome make up your team score for the week
- Scores are combined across the week, not tracked hole-by-hole between teammates
Flexibility
- We suggest teams play as a group, but every player can come in on their own separate date and time during the week
- Since only your team's best two scores count each week, you only need two players to show up to keep your team in the standings
- Most teams play together for the social side, but solo rounds count just the same
Handicaps
We track handicaps using data from your rounds, so your handicap reflects your real, current game.
Season Schedule
Runs October through December (3-month season). Playoffs run January - March following the regular season.

Entry Fee
Lago Golf Members – $200 per team
Public Players – $250 per team
Entry fee covers season-long prizing. Bay rentals are booked and paid separately.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to play as a team every week?
No, it's individual stroke play, and we count your team's best two scores. If your teammates can't make it, your own round still counts.
How do handicaps work?
We start with you golf Canada handicap - but then update weekly with your round data at Lago Golf, so it updates as your game does.
Can I substitute a player onto my team?
Rosters are locked to your registered team members for the season. The only exception is injury with a doctor's note, reach out to us and we'll work with you.
How many players do we actually need each week?
Just two. Since only your team's best two scores count toward your weekly total, you only need two of your four players to complete a round to stay in the standings.
