Alyssa began golfing at the age of 4 when introduced to the sport by her father. She quickly progressed to eventually compete in provincial, national and even international tournaments. At 16 years old she won the BC Juvenile Girls Championship in 2019, a key accomplishment in her junior career. She went on to compete at the college level with the UBC Women's golf team travelling around Canada and the U.S., further developing her skills. In 2024, Alyssa earned her PGA certification and is excited to work at Lago Academy to share her knowledge with all golfers and develop their game.
