Richard has been coaching golfers at all levels from beginners to high performance players since 1996.

Outside of coaching, Richard published numerous articles in Golf Digest Korea to help golfers understand club fitting. Richard is a certified professional club fitter and is certified in V1 Digital Coaching system.

He has worked with a number of LPGA, KLPGA, and KPGA players with their tour guidance and club fitting.
