Caolan was introduced to the game of golf by his father and became a junior member at Westwood Plateau at the age of 12. After enjoying summers playing at the Academy and competing in Junior events, Caolan became a part of the Westwood Plateau Team in 2002 as course ambassador and pro shop assistant. In 2008 he became a member of the CPGA at Westwood Plateau.
Caolan studied Kinesiology and Health science at Simon Fraser University before attending Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario where he obtaind his doctorate of Chiropractic in 2013. While in Toronto, Caolan taught junior and adult programs at Angus Glen Golf Club; home of the Canadian open 2002 and 2007. While living in Toronto he also gain experience at Bayview Golf and Country Club.
Caolan combines his knowledge of biomechanics, human anatomy and experience teaching golfers of all skill levels to deliver the best instruction possible to his students. He believes learning is a life long journey towards the pursuit of excellence
and no matter the age or skill level, golf can truly be a game of a lifetime for everyone.
Caolan is currently in private practice as a Chiropractor at the Absolute physiotherapy clinic in Burnaby. He practices diversified technique and is a certified Graston and A.R.T ( Active Release Technique) practitioner. He believes that the first step toward healing does not start with a treatment. It starts when the patient is fully educated about their condition, leading them to feel empowered and actively involved in their physical, spiritual and mental well being.
